Swanz products are 100% chemical free and non reactive towards any kind of food and beverages. It is metal leaching and BPA free as well. So rest assured.

Wash your product with washing liquid detergent and soft sponge to prevent scratches. To clean narrow cap area, remove sillicone ring with sharp object and wash.

For stubborn stains, you may use lemon juice or vinegar to remove the stain.

The main difference between porcelain and ceramic would be the quality. Porcelain has a smoother and whiter finish compared to ceramic. Because of porcelain require higher temperature while baking, porcelain also has more durability compared to ceramic. Another difference between porcelain and ceramic is the thickness of the clay sides. Porcelain are thin enough to be translucent when held up to light and realtively lightweight. Meanwhile, ceramic have thicker sides, they are always opaque, and they are comparatively heavier.

Unfortunately, like all of porcelain based products Swanz is not break resistant. So handle your Swanz with care. However, Swanz do more durable compared to normal porcelain due to stainless steel double wall.
