This Warranty is only applicable for Kokoro Tumbler SY-088
Customers must complete online registration within 10 days of receiving the items.
Customers must fill up the warranty registration accurately.
The warranty only covers the loss of vacuum insulation and the one-time replacement of the porcelain interior within the warranty period for Kokoro Tumbler (180 days).
To claim the warranty benefit, customers must contact Swanz HQ (Singapore): enquiry@swanzbrand.com
It will take approximately 2-3 months for repair and delivery, as the repair will take place in Singapore (Delivery Fee will be bear by customers).
After 180 Days, a repair fee (subject to case to case basis) will be imposed for porcelain replacement.
Wear and tear in product accessories (Example: easy-clean silicone, silicone lid, bags, etc.) are normal and NOT covered by the warranty
SWANZ reserves the right to change the policy.
If the registration is not completed within 10 days after the signing date, we reserve the right to refuse warranty registration and warranty claim.
The warranty registration must be registered on the official website. One form submission applied for one item. Please submit multiple forms if you purchased multiple items.

As for other Models, customers do not need to register a warranty. Just e-mail swanzmy@gmail.com within 180 Days of receiving the item.
